  14. It sets up three databases: properties for sale, properties for rent,   
  15. and properties currently rented.  Each database can have up to 250      
  16. records (the registered version holds 20,000 records).  Search quickly  
  17. for properties that match a customers requirements in size, number of   
  18. bedrooms, location, type of dwelling, swimming pool, parking, and many  
  19. other criteria.  Add and change criteria to meet your needs.

  21. The program is sophisticated enough to search for properties that       
  22. almost match a customer's requirements as well.  Searches can also be   
  23. done by address or any keyed word or phrase.  Results are displayed on  
  24. the screen or you can print them in five different formats. Impress your
